This system can measure electro characteristic not to move the OPC drum by setting the electrode
　　on the surface of the drum. It is possible to control freely the process to directly apply
　　the measurement condition on the electrode. Using this function, it can measure simply TOF
　　and acceleration test of the OPC drum.
